    More Champs Info

Each team is responsible for providing all their volunteers with heat sheets.  Heat sheets should be available and posted sometime tomorrow.

Weather will be hot. Expected 96 on both days. Drink water and dress in light loose fitting clothing to help stay cool. Please have your coaches encourage swimmers to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

Stroke and turn judges DO NOT need team wrist bands. Rudy Champ will have name tags and different wrist bands for his volunteers.

Team seating is attached and on the website. Team areas are in the grass or on the patio. You will go to the area designated and look for the roped off area with your teams name. DO NOT sit in the areas that are not assigned to your team. Each team has a roped off space within their area assigned to their team.  Regardless of where your team is seated it is STRONGLY suggested that all teams provide pop-ups for their teams.  Shade is not guaranteed on the patio.

Warm up lane assignments are attached and on the website. It is recommended that teams show up about 45 minutes before their warm up time. Please note that the venue will need to be cleared out before the next session is allowed inside.  Y

Awards volunteers are responsible for getting all the medals and ribbons for your team.  Please ask them to be thorough as the space in the awards room is limited.  Meet awards (plagues & banners) will be most likely be awarded on deck after each session because of the limited space.

A Venue Map is attached and also on the website.

Meet Mobile WILL be available for our champs meet.

Spectators and swimmers may leave early when they are finished.

We are asking for everyone's patience.  We are getting all the information out as quickly as possible.
