Please review the attached Psych Sheet applicable for your Session/Division/Team. This condensed version of the Psych Sheet is being sent out in case there are any known changes that need to be made to your team's entries.

Please pay careful attention to your athlete’s seed times as I have noticed a couple of potential bogus seed times that may be due to an error in one of the meet results files that imported into your database.(For Example: 50.09 in the 100 IM.)

Teams should contact me no later than 10:00 AM, Wednesday June 24th, if any of the following changes need to be made:

1. If a team has an athlete, currently entered into the meet, whose plans have changed, I will scratch the athlete out of the meet. Send me the athlete's name, Team Code, and Event Number(s) that should be scratched.

2. If the removal of an athlete from the meet impacts an entered relay, I will replace that swimmer with another athlete provided the team sends me an email with the following information: Team Code, Relay Event Name and Event Number, a New Relay Swimmer Lineup Name/Order and a revised seed time noted as yards or meters.

3. If you would like to revise an “obviously bogus” seed time, please send me the new seed time noted as yards or meters and I will correct the athlete’s seed time in the meet manger database. I will only make corrections to make times “slower than” the time showing on the Psych Sheet.

I will NOT honor any request to switch events for an athlete from one event in which they are currently entered to a different event.

After the 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 24^th deadline passes, I will seed the meets and send Heat Sheets for distribution.No changes will be accepted after 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 24^th.
