URGENT REMINDER
Attention all Reps and Coaches:
Rosters are due 24 hours before your first meet. For Saturday's meets...... that is TODAY. If your rosters are not in by the meet start time, your meet will not count toward your record because the league will have no record of who is participating on your team. Therefore, it will be recorded as a loss. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT... So get those in asap. You MUST supply a first roster. If you add any swimmers to your roster after the first roster is due, you MUST submit a second roster with the new swimmers included. That second roster will be used for your swimmers who will be eligible to swim in the Champs Meet. If you submit only the first roster and add a swimmer to your team but do not add them to a second roster, then that swimmer will not be eligible to swim at the champs meet. This happens quite often, so please make sure you get that swimmer on the roster.
As well, Angella Woodard will need to know all your swimmers who are "club swimmers" sent to her with their full name, including middle initial if they have one, USA Swimming I.D. #'s, and which club they represent. Their name on your summer league roster must match exactly to the name in the USA Database. This is the responsibility of the coaches. But Team Reps should follow up with their coaches to make sure this happens. This information should be sent in with your first roster.
All insurance checks should be coming in which correspond to the number of swimmers you have on your roster. As of now, I only have one team who has sent theirs into the PO Box. Thank you Woods of Shavano. I am still awaiting on a map for our Champs Meet, we are waiting on Google Maps to update the area of the Alamo Hts Pool before Garrett can put it together and send it to us. I will be signing the contract tomorrow and will be by there to see how we are doing with that. I want to get out a few more details about the meet. We are just waiting on this map so all teams will know where to sit, and where parents can sit within the facility and outside the facility. Keep in mind this meet will look more like a club meet than our traditional look at NEISD Davis Pool.
As of now, I have delivered point ribbons to the following teams. Your payment per place is $60. Please make sure you send in your check separately for the ribbons to the PO Box. (Shadow Cliff, $240), (Harmony Hills, $180), (Deerfield, $360), The Heights of Stone Oak, $360), (Promontory Point, $360) (Hollywood Park, $360) (Summerfield, $60) (Castle Hills Forest, $60) (Churchill Estates, $180) (Regency, $300) and (Hunter's Creek, $180). If you need point ribbons, please text me your team andwhat place(s) you need and I will get them to your pool asap.
Thanks for your cooperation and I look forward to seeing the kids swim at their meets. Mike Sansavera Chairman
