Regarding the stroke and intern clinics. 

1. Live online session will be Tuesday, May 12 at 7 pm. 

2. Summerfield will host the hands-on clinic May 20th, after school. Time to be announced 

3. The starter and meat referee clinic will also be trained at the on hand clinic on May 20 at Summerfield. Current USA certified officials for stroke and intern or chief judge can waive this clinic since they are already certified through USA swimming. As well, any certified starter can also waive this clinic. 

In regards to the Southwest natatorium. It is booked on the last weekend in June. In regards to Alamo Heights aquatic center. Garrett Nelson has set up the swim meet and has split it into sessions on Saturday, June 27th will be the B and C divisions. And on June 28 Sunday will be the A and D divisions. 

Garrett will soon be sending me the session report so that you can see the timelines. As soon as I get them, I will send them to Beth to send out to the League reps. 

Rudy Chapa will be our Head Swim Meet referee and has already walked the facility with Garrett and is OK with the set up. As far as logistics is concerned that will be forthcoming. Please note occupancy is 450 spectators and 500 athletes for the AH aquatic center.
