Just wanted to get everyone up to speed before the next meeting.

The next meeting is February 12th @ 7pm @ Hidden Forest.

League dues need to be brought to this meeting if your team has not paid as of yet.

We have gotten a few notes that the schedule sent out does not work for some of the team's facilities. If this is the case for your team please reach out to the other reps in your division to iron out any conflicts. If this can be done before the meeting next week that would be fantastic so everyone can release their schedules.

Lone Star Representatives,

Since the last meeting, I have heard nothing from BAC or the AD of NEISD. There is a new Director of Aquatics for NEISD, Alberto Escalante, his first day was on Friday January 23^rd.

The Athletic Office never offered or drew up a contract for our league. In fact, no one knew what was going on and they could not commit to us even though they left that 3^rd weekend in June open after cancelling another event. When I pressed the pool about the contract, they indicated that no decision or contract was being created up in the AD’s office.

Because of the importance of securing a location for Champs and releasing the information to all the teams, the board had to quickly shift gears. Champs will be held at the Harmony Hills Cabana Club the weekend of June 20^th & 21^st.

June 20^th, Saturday Afternoon Division C

June 21^st, Sunday Morning Division A

June 21^st, Sunday Afternoon Division D
